Fred joined Concordia in June 2017 and brings 20 years of Quality Management experience as a Quality Director, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, and Kaizen Team leader to the Concordia team with a strong background on the development and implementation of robust Quality Management Systems.
Frederic joined Concordia in June 2016 as the Commercy, France Plant Manager. Frederic is responsible for supervising and guiding the activities of production workers on all shifts by scheduling setups, production runs, and coordinating QC inspection, while overseeing the daily needs of the facility.
Jody joined us in October of 2008 as a graduate of Rhode Island College. After keeping the company compliant with the many requirements Human Resources & Safety regulations and transitioning from her role as Concordia’s ISO 9001 Quality Management Representative, Jody now applies her in-depth knowledge of Concordia’s operations to customer satisfaction within the Sales Manager role.
Juan Carlos joined us in Apr 2018 as the Plant Manager for our Queretaro carbon twisting operation. He has more than 20 years of combined experience in the Aerospace and Automotive Industries. He is an MBA graduate in Global Business & Strategy from the University of North Carolina / EGADE (ITESM) and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Morelia
Kevin develops, plans, and implements goals and objectives of the engineering department. His 40+ years of experience in the textile industry enables him to prepare and administer internal policies and procedures related to engineering activities and quality systems, as well as interpret and explain applicable rules, laws and regulations.
Melanie joins Concordia with an extensive background in Customer Service and Finance and a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration. She is critical to our team in maintaining organization throughout our office processes. Melanie is the friendly voice will hear whenever you call our main phone line.
Sean Reymond has over 25 years of experience pioneering advancements within the composites industry. Starting at the National Research Council of Canada, Sean went on to complete a master’s degree in composite materials at the University of Montreal that focused on the pultrusion process. Since then, Sean has been integrated within the composites industry across the development of pultrusion, compression, and bladder molding processes for several companies. After completing a master’s degree in business administration, Sean continued to push industry limits with the development of thin wall and curved profiles as well as structural profiles in thermoplastic resin. Within his prior role as Chief Technology Officer, Sean developed molding processes for long and continuous fiber thermoplastic composites and led teams to successful delivery of innovative products. Sean is now applying his most recent experience from development of new business applications for specialty fiberglass yarns and rovings to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Concordia Engineered Fibers.
David Boghossian is an experienced CEO, investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of deep expertise in B2B technology, strategy, and leadership. A founder of several successful start-ups including StoryStreet Technology and PowerSteering Software, his expertise is leading-edge approaches to accelerating B2B innovation and growth through the application of cloud and mobile technology to the enterprise. Today, as the General Manager of the Software Business at Imaginatik, PLC. David is deeply engaged in the application of congnitive computing and crowd driven insight to the challenges of innovation, continuous improvement, and scaling new businesses in large enterprises. Mr. Boghossian holds AB and MPA degrees from Harvard University, where he was a nationally ranked oarsman. He also held a year-long appointment as a Lucius Littauer Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School, focused on business and government collaboration. He currently serves on a number of corporate and non-profit boards, is a founding advisor to the Social Entrepreneurs Program at Root Cause, as well as a mentor to both the Harvard iLab and the MIT Venture Mentoring Service.
After 20 plus years as CEO of Concordia Randy has recently moved to his new role as Chairman of the Board overseeing from a high level the company’s next strategic direction. An innovator in the application of textile technology to non-textile fields, he was responsible for Concordia’s development of several patents including his own patent on a novel technique for the manufacture of tennis racquets. His ability to understand a client’s strategic goals has driven Concordia to develop a range of complex technical products for many of America’s best companies. From new tennis racquets to advanced aerospace composites to biomedical products, Randy has produced innovative designs and manufacturing solutions. A graduate of Middlebury College with masters degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Randy worked for several years for Deloitte as a management consultant in New York city. A former member of the United States National Whitewater Canoe and Kayak Team, Randy also belongs to the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering, the American Society for Quality, the Industrial Fabrics Association, and the Society for Biomaterials.
David Staples is an entrepreneur who believes in the long term investment of intellect and capital in socially responsible companies. He has been a founding partner and CEO of companies focusing on renewable energy, solid waste, production of water, and manufacturing. He is responsible for starting businesses ranging from sustainable infrastructure to a sail manufacturing facility powered by 100% renewable energy. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MPA from Harvard University.
